Development Site Plans

A Development Site Plan is essential for visualizing the layout of a new development, showing the position and scale of land, proximity to neighbors, and how homes fit into the overall plan. It's a powerful tool for capturing buyer interest, generating leads, and assisting with development approval processes.

The turnaround time for a Development Site Plan is 48 hours, regardless of the size of the development.

A Development Site Plan represents subdivisions between two to 200+ lots, whereas a Single Lot Site Plan is for one or two lots only, and can be submitted via our Floor Plan Redraw service.

Standard elements include property boundaries, roads, walking/bike paths, building locations (outline only), parklands, setbacks, sewage and water utilities, waterways, measurements, lot numbers, and key topography elements.

Yes! We can personalize your plan to display your company's logos and branding colors, as well as additional information such as addresses, information keys, disclaimers, labels, lot numbers and sold markers.

BoxBrownie.com provides unlimited changes to your Development Site Plan for a period of 6 months from the date your project was first completed. Please note that significant design changes to your plan may incur additional charges.

We can work from a variety of sources, including hand drawings, marked-up Google images, or black and white council plans, as long as they show clear boundaries. Note: please ensure all provided files or images display the plans clearly. Our team works diligently to ensure your Development Site Plans accurately depict the provided plans, however files that are highly complex or unclear may affect our ability to do so.

A Development Site Plan overlay involves superimposing the site plan onto an aerial image of the location, offering a accurate visual representation of how the development will align with the actual layout of the site and surrounds.

Absolutely! We encourage you to enjoy the combined benefits of many of our edits to really take your images to the next level. First, submit your aerial image as an Image Enhancement or Item Removal project. Once you've received the completed image, then submit it as a Development Site Plan project, and our editors will overlay the plan on the image. Should you have any questions throughout this process, our friendly customer service team is available 24/7!
